The starting point

The brand came to us with no flows, no campaigns, no email structure and 302 subscribers. They were preparing a broader launch with traffic from paid ads and SEO, and ramped up ad spend through the period. They needed the backend that turns that traffic into buyers, fast.

What we built

  • Core revenue flows: welcome series, abandoned cart, abandoned checkout, thank-you and post-purchase, site and browse abandonment
  • Triggers and filters so flows never overlap, mapped from first visit to second purchase
  • A sequence that runs without needing daily campaign sends
  • Emails built on education, trust and product storytelling instead of discounts

We didn’t touch campaigns until late May. The growth from April to early June came from the flows.

The results

Over four months the account generated $203,151 in Klaviyo-attributed revenue, 95% of it from flows. Monthly revenue grew as traffic increased: $170 in April, $11,875 in May, $61,756 in June and $129,350 in July.

A note on attribution: Klaviyo credits a sale to email when the buyer opened or clicked an email in the five days before purchase. Paid ads brought the traffic; the flows turned it into orders.
