Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Retention Drivers collects through retentiondrivers.com, how we use it and the choices you have. Last updated October 21, 2026.
Who we are
Retention Drivers is an email marketing agency that runs Klaviyo and other email platforms for ecommerce brands. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Retention Drivers, and “the site” means retentiondrivers.com.
What information do we collect?
We collect only what you send us and the basic technical data every website receives.
- Audit requests: your store URL, monthly revenue range, email platform and email address, when you fill in the free audit form.
- Privacy requests: your email address and message, when you use the form at the bottom of this page.
- Account access for audits: if you give us read-only access to your email platform, we view your account data only to prepare your audit or deliver the work you hire us for.
- Technical data: our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies: the site uses essential cookies so it works and remembers your cookie choice. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will ask through the cookie banner first and update this policy.
How do we use your information?
We use your information to reply to your request, prepare and send your audit, provide services you hire us for, and keep the site secure. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing newsletter without your consent.
Who do we share it with?
We share information only with the service providers that run the site and our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Namecheap, which hosts the site and its server logs.
- Google, which provides the email inbox where form submissions arrive.
- TidyCal, if you book a call through our booking link. TidyCal handles your booking details under its own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long do we keep it?
We keep form submissions for up to 24 months, or for as long as you are a client, and then delete them. Server logs are kept for the period set by our host.
What are your choices and rights?
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop emailing you at any time. Depending on where you live, such as the EU, the UK or California, you may have further rights under laws like the GDPR or the CCPA. We respond to requests within 30 days and do not charge for them.
How do we protect it?
The site runs over HTTPS, access to our systems is limited to the people who need it, and we use reasonable safeguards for the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Other things to know
The site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States. Links to other sites, such as LinkedIn or TidyCal, are covered by those sites’ own policies.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
