Who is the free audit for?
The audit is built for ecommerce stores doing roughly $20k to $500k a month on Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Omnisend. If your list has fewer than about 1,000 contacts, we’ll still look, and we’ll tell you plainly if a DIY setup makes more sense than an agency.

Is it really free?
Yes. The audit is how we start every account, and you keep the video whether or not you hire us.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to your email platform (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend and so on). We do not need to change anything to review it.
How long does it take?
You get the recorded review within five business days of granting access.
What if our list is small?
If your list is under about 1,000 contacts, we will tell you honestly whether an agency makes sense yet and point you to a DIY setup if it does not.
