$140,521 in seven months by moving revenue from campaigns to automation.

growth from the starting baseline

The starting point
The brand made money from email, but it wasn’t stable. Revenue depended on campaigns and dipped whenever they paused. Automation was underdeveloped, segmentation was minimal, and the lifecycle structure wasn’t built for conversion.
What we built
- Rebuilt core flows: welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase and winback
- Triggers mapped to intent: first visit for consideration, cart activity for hesitation, post-purchase for the next order
- New segments for engagement, purchase frequency and time since last order, with exclusions and priority rules to stop flows overlapping
- Behavior-matched copy, calls to action pitched to buying temperature, dynamic product blocks from browsing data, and structured A/B tests
- Simpler layouts, fewer products per email and fewer clicks to checkout on mobile
The results
From June 2025 to January 2026 the account generated $140,521 in Klaviyo-attributed revenue. Flows produced $111,716 (80%) and campaigns $28,806 (20%), while the deliverability score held at 86/100.
